Tashia has over 15 years of Safety and Security experience, which includes managerial and supervisory experience. She held the position of Security and Parking Manager at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ where she commanded a staff of over 100 guards.
Tashia retains an extensive list of certifications to her resume, including being a Certified Instructor in Crisis Prevention (CPI), Alarm Response Training (Y12), Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), NJ Security Officer Registration Act (SORA), Jurisdictional Crisis Incident Management (ICP), Homeland Security Exercise & Evaluation Program (HSEEP), Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) with FEMA and many more.
Tashia also adds several years of experience as an Assistant Director at a Child Care Academy to her resume by leading a staff of 35 employees, overseeing a max capacity of 215 children.
In the process of gaining the aforementioned experience, Tashia obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kean University where she was also a part of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS).
ACertified Public Accountant with over 20 years of service in corporate accounting, primarily in the staffing and recruiting industry. Prior to her career in accounting, Rosa was a correctionofficerat Middlesex County JuvenileDetention Center. With her drive to succeed and strong work ethic, Rosa became an accounting manager of a publiclytradedstaffing company withinfiveyears of college graduation. Rosa continuedher career in management and became Controller of a $320M staffing company beforeearningher CPA. Whilethriving in herroleas Controller, Rosa studied and achievedher CPA license. Today, Rosa is the proudowner of RLP, CPA LLC, a CPA firmbased out of East Brunswick, NJ. Rosa graduated from New Jersey City University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Currently, Rosa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the New Jersey Staffing Alliance.
